Listing Content: The seller is solely responsible for the content of the listing they publish (text, photos, videos, etc.). They guarantee that they hold all necessary rights to the published elements and undertake to ensure that the content complies with applicable legislation (particularly with regard to copyright, image rights, and non-discrimination) and is not contrary to public decency.
For individuals only: The service is strictly reserved for individuals wishing to publish or view listings. Real estate professionals are not authorized to use this platform for their commercial activities.
Document Verification: To ensure the reliability of listings and the security of transactions, the Site may request supporting documents and files from the seller (e.g., ID, proof of ownership, mandatory property inspections, etc.). The seller undertakes to provide these documents within the specified timeframe. The Site reserves the right not to publish or to delete a listing if the requested documents are not provided or are not compliant.
